摘  要:在光伏玻璃产品领域,自爆和破碎问题给企业带来了诸多困扰,导致玻璃破碎的2个重要原因是机械破裂和热破裂。针对钢化玻璃的机械破裂,从玻璃缺陷和应力分布角度分析影响自爆的主要因素,对比半钢化玻璃和钢化玻璃主要性能的差异,总结半钢化玻璃在应力分布、缺陷管控、生产控制和检验方式上的差异和优势,给出半钢化玻璃的制备过程及产品控制的发展方向,对半钢化玻璃的检测和评价具有一定的参考价值。In the field of photovoltaic glass,the problem of self-explosion and shattering has brought a lot of trouble to enterprises.The two important reasons lead to glass breakage are mechanical impact breakage and thermal impact breakage.Focused on the mechanical impact breakage,the main influence factors of tempered glass self-explosion from the glass defects and surface stress distribution were expounded,the main performance differences between semi-tempered glass and tempered glass were compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of semi-tempered glass in stress distribution,defect control,production control,and inspection methods were summarized.The development direction of semi-tempered glass process and product control were shared.It has certain guiding significance for the detection and evaluation of semi-tempered glass.
