分期切开复位内固定与一期手术治疗踝关节骨折的临床比较

摘　　要：目的探讨分期切开复位内固定手术和一期手术在踝关节骨折中的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月—2023年5月本院接诊的踝关节骨折患者55例,分组时利用随机数字表法,将55例踝关节骨折患者分为对照组(n=27)和实验组(n=28)。对照组采取一期手术治疗,实验组采取分期切开复位内固定治疗。对比两组患者治疗结果以及术后恢复情况和踝关节功能评分以及踝关节活动度。结果实验组治疗结果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后恢复相关恢复指标用时较对照组更短(P<0.05)。实验组患者踝关节相关指标功能评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前,两组患者护理前踝关节活动度无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理干预后,实验组患者踝关节活动度较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分期切开复位内固定手术可明显提高踝关节骨折患者术后的踝关节功能以及踝关节活动度,手术效果更好,可在临床中广泛应用。Objective To explore curative effect of staged open reduction internal fixation surgery and first stage surgery for ankle joint fractures.Methods The paper chose 55 patients with ankle fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2023,and divided them into control group of 27 cases and experimental group of 28 cases with random number table method.Control group was treated with first stage surgical treatment,while experimental group with staged open reduction internal fixation treatment.Curative effect,postoperative recovery,ankle function scores,and ankle range of motion were compared between two groups.Results Curative effect of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.Recovery indicators related to postoperative recovery in experimental group were shorter than control group(P<0.05).Functional scores of ankle joint related indicators in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05),data were statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in ankle joint range of motion between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,ankle joint mobility of experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05),data showed statistical significance.Conclusion Staged open reduction internal fixation surgery can improve postoperative ankle function and ankle range of motion of patients with ankle fractures significantly,with good surgical effect,which can be widely applied in clinical practice.
