摘　　要：目的探讨注射器针头辅助经皮无头加压螺钉内固定治疗腕舟骨骨折的可行性及有效性。方法回顾性分析2019年1月—2022年1月在本院住院的腕舟骨骨折患者的资料。统计术中透视次数、导针置入次数以及手术时间。术后X线确认螺钉位置及愈合情况。末次随访时评价腕关节功能。结果20例患者获得随访,平均随访时间为8个月。本组病例的平均手术时间为32min,平均透视次数为10次,平均导针置入次数为5次。所有患者均无并发症。术后骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间为12周。末次随访时按照改良Mayo功能评分评价疗效:优18例,良2例。结论注射器针头辅助下经皮空心加压螺钉内固定治疗腕舟骨骨折可节省手术时间、减少术中透视及置入导针的次数。Objective To explore feasibility and effectiveness of syringe needle assisted percutaneous headless compression screw internal fixation for carpal scaphoid fractures.Methods The paper reviewed and analyzed data of patients with scaphoid fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022,and counted number of intraoperative fluoroscopy times,number of needle insertion times,and surgical time.Screw position and healing was confirmed by postoperative X-ray,wrist joint function at the last follow-up was evaluated.Results 20 patients were followed up,with average follow-up time of 8 months.Average surgical time of the group was 32 minutes,with average fluoroscopy attempts of 10 times and average needle insertion attempts of 5 times.All cases showed no complication,all fractures healed after surgery,with average healing time of 12 weeks.At the last follow-up,curative effect was evaluated according to modified Mayo functional scores:with excellent level of 18 cases and good level of 2 cases.Conclusion Percutaneous hollow compression screw internal fixation can save surgical time and reduce number of intraoperative fluoroscopy and insertion of guide pins in treatment of scaphoid fractures assisted by syringe needle.
