护理预警联合导乐陪伴式分娩护理模式对产妇自然分娩率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析护理预警联合导乐陪伴式分娩护理模式对产妇自然分娩率、焦虑心理等指标的影响。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月来院生产的初产妇60例。按照入院顺序,采用计算机随机数分组法将产妇分成对照组与观察组。比较两组产妇自然分娩情况、不同时段疼痛情况、焦虑及新生儿Apgar评分、护理满意度。结果观察组产妇自然分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组宫口开大3cm、产后2h的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,2组产妇SAS评分低于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组产妇SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿Apgar评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理预警联合导乐陪伴式分娩护理模式用于产妇能提升自然分娩率,减少焦虑心理及疼痛,建议使用。Objective To analyze effect of nursing warning combined with Doula accompanying delivery nursing mode on indicators including natural delivery rate and anxiety of puerperants.Methods The paper chose 60 puerperants delivered in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021,and divided them into control group and observation group with computer random number grouping method according to admission sequence.Natural delivery situation,pain situation at different time periods,anxiety,Apgar scores of neonates,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results Natural delivery rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).VAS scores of observation group with a 3cm enlarged uterine opening and 2 hours postpartum were lower than control group(P<0.05).At the end of intervention,SAS scores between two groups were lower than before intervention(P<0.05).At the end of intervention,SAS scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Apgar scores of neonates in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Overall nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing warning combined with Doula accompanying delivery nursing mode can improve natural delivery rate,reduce anxiety and pain,which is worth recommending.
