摘　　要：目的探究动态增强乳腺磁共振扫描技术对乳腺疾病的诊治效果。方法选取2020年12月—2023年1月本院收治的124例患者为研究对象,其病理学检查诊断均为乳腺疾病,而后提供动态增强乳腺磁共振扫描检查。将病理学检查结果作为金标准,统计最终结果,内容包括诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异度、病灶检出情况、形态学征象结果(病灶早期增强、周围血管增粗迂曲、皮下脂肪间隙模糊、同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大且明显增强现象)。结果①病理学检查结果显示:有86例乳腺癌,38例良性乳腺疾病;将上述结果作为金标准,对动态增强乳腺磁共振扫描结果进行分析,数据显示:乳腺癌、良性乳腺疾病检出数分别为63例、33例,诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异性分别为77.42%、72.26%、86.84%;②124例乳腺疾病患者中,多发病灶患者有13例,病灶数为83个;③动态增强乳腺磁共振扫描后,关于形态学征象结果,乳腺癌患者、良性乳腺病变患者统计数据存在差异(P<0.05)。结论在进行乳腺癌、良性乳腺疾病诊断时,临床上可采取动态增强乳腺磁共振扫描技术干预,其效果确切,显著表现在提高诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异度,有效分析形态学征象结果方面,能够为临床医生治疗疾病提供有效参考,值得进一步推广、使用。Objective To explore diagnostic and curative effect of dynamic enhanced breast magnetic resonance imaging technology for patients with breast diseases.Methods The paper chose 124 patients with breast disease after pathological examination in our hospital from December 2020 to January 2023 as research subjects.During process of dynamic enhanced breast magnetic resonance imaging,with gold standard of pathological examination results,final results were calculated,including diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity,detection of lesions,morphological findings(early enhancement of lesions,thickening and tortuosity of surrounding blood vessels,blurring of subcutaneous fat spaces,enlargement and significant enhancement of axillary lymph nodes on the same side).Results①Pathological examination showed,there were 86 cases of breast cancer and 38 cases of benign breast diseases.Dynamic enhanced breast MRI scanning results were analyzed with gold standard of above results.Data showed number of breast cancer and benign breast diseases were 63 and 33 respectively.Diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity data were 77.42%,72.26%and 86.84%.②Among 124 patients with breast diseases,there were 13 patients with multiple lesions,number of lesions was 83 according to statistics.③After dynamic contrast-enhanced breast MRI scanning,statistical data of breast cancer patients and benign breast disease patients were different for of morphological signs(P<0.05).Conclusion During diagnosis of breast cancer and benign breast diseases,dynamic enhanced breast magnetic resonance scanning technology can achieve accurate effect in clinical intervention,with significant performance of improving diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,and providing effective reference for clinicians in terms of effective analysis of morphological signs,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
