可注射骨水泥型椎弓根螺钉治疗脊柱退变性疾病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的本文主要探讨可注射骨水泥型椎弓根螺钉治疗脊柱退变性疾病的效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月本院接收的184例脊柱退变性疾病患者作为此次实验研究对象,根据患者意愿将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组92例,对照组应用常规椎弓根螺钉治疗,治疗组应用可注射骨水泥型椎弓根螺钉治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果情况。结果对照组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间各项指标均差于治疗组患者,两组患者手术指标数据差异较大(P<0.05);术前两组患者脊柱功能及疼痛程度无明显差异(P>0.05),术后半年治疗组患者JOA评分、VAS评分、ODI评分均优于对照组患者,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05);术前两组患者椎间隙高度无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗组患者术后三个月及半年的椎间隙高度均高于对照组患者,椎间隙丢失高度小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗有效率远远高于对照组患者,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论治疗脊柱退变性疾病患者,采用可注射骨水泥型椎弓根螺钉临床治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者病症,改善患者脊柱功能,有利于提升椎间融合率,减少并发症的发生,临床可广泛推广应用。Objective To explore effect of injectable bone cement pedicle screws in treatment of spinal degenerative diseases.Methods The paper chose 184 patients with spinal degenerative diseases in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and treatment group according to wishes,with 92 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine pedicle screw treatment,while treatment group with Injectable bone cement pedicle screw treatment.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results Surgical time,intraoperative bleeding volume,and length of stay of control group was significantly lower than treatment group,with significant difference in surgical indicator data between two groups(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in spinal function and pain degree between two groups(P>0.05).Half a year after surgery,JOA scores,VAS scores,and ODI scores of treatment group were better than control group,with significant difference in data between two groups(P<0.05).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in intervertebral space height between two groups(P>0.05).Intervertebral space height of treatment group were higher than control group three months and six months after surgery,height of intervertebral space loss was lower than control group(P<0.05).Comparison showed,treatment group had significantly higher treatment effect than control group,with significant difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion Injectable bone cement pedicle screw can achieve significant clinical curative effect in clinical treatment of patients with spinal degenerative diseases,can improve symptoms,spinal function,increase rate of intervertebral fusion surgery,reduce complications incidence effectively,which can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
