自由体位分娩产妇实施人文关怀护理的效果及对其产后出血率的影响

摘　　要：目的探究对自由体位分娩产妇实施人文关怀护理的效果及对其产后出血率的影响。方法选取本院2020年3月—2021年5月收治的112例行自由体位分娩的产妇开展研究,采取随机排列法选出56例产妇设为对照组,其余56例设为研究组。对照组分娩期间采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上实施人文关怀护理。比较两组第1~3产程及总产程时间,于两组第1~3产程期间、产后情绪稳定时采取视觉模拟评分法(VAS)测定患者评分,并对比两组的产后出血情况(产后2h出血量、产后出血率)。结果研究组第1~3产程及总产程时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组各个产程及产后情绪稳定时的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产后2h出血量低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产后出血率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对自由体位分娩产妇实施人文关怀护理可缩短分娩耗时,促进其顺利完成分娩,减轻其产后疼痛并减少局部出血,降低产后出血的可能性。Objective To explore effect of humanistic nursing for postpartum women with free position delivery and its effect on postpartum bleeding rate.Methods The paper chose 112 postpartum women with free position delivery in our hospital from March 2020 to May 2021,divided them into 56 cases in control group and 56 cases in study group with random arrangement method.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention during delivery,while study group with humanistic nursing based on control group.First to third stages of labor and total duration of labor was compared between two groups.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were measured during the first to third stages of labor with stable postpartum mood,postpartum bleeding situation(2-hour postpartum bleeding volume,postpartum bleeding rate)was compared between two groups.Results Duration of 1st to 3rd stage of labor and total stage of labor in study group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).VAS scores of study group during various stages of labor and postpartum emotional stability were lower than control group(P<0.05).Postpartum bleeding volume in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Postpartum hemorrhage rate in study group was lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic nursing can shorten delivery time,promote smooth delivery,reduce postpartum pain and local bleeding,and reduce incidence of postpartum bleeding of postpartum women with free position delivery.
