摘　　要：目的探讨针对接受经皮椎体成形术治疗的老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,采用围手术期临床护理的效果。方法选取2021年8月—2023年3月本院收治的80例老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,其均接受经皮椎体成形术治疗,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。围手术期,为对照组开展常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行专科护理,比较两组护理效果。结果术后,观察组疼痛缓解率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论为接受经皮椎体成形术治疗的老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者提供围术期专科护理可缓解其疼痛,确保手术治疗效果,并降低术后并发症发生风险,对其腰椎功能的改善有积极意义。Objective To explore effect of perioperative clinical nursing for elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to March 2023,treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.During perioperative period,control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with specialized nursing based on control group.Nursing effect between two groups was compared.Results After surgery,pain relief rate in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had lower JOA scores than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing perioperative specialized care for elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with percutaneous vertebroplasty can alleviate their pain,ensure surgical treatment effectiveness,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,which has positive significance for improving their lumbar function.
