手术室护理工作程序表在骨科手术患者术中护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析将基于工作程序表手术室护理应用于骨科患者护理中的效果。方法选取2021年6月—2022年5月本院收治的106例骨折患者进行研究,并将其分为对照组与实验组,每组53例。对照组患者在接受治疗时,医务人员采用常规护理,实验组则应用基于工作程序表手术室护理,在护理过程中保障护理工作的全面性,对最终护理结果进行评价。结果实验组疼痛评分相比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组情绪状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组并发症产生率相比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组康复时间对比对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组各项康复指标相比于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理工作程序表可以作为骨科手术护理的教育培训材料和管理手段,帮助新进护士更快地适应工作,提高骨科手术护理的整体水平。手术室护理工作程序表可以确保手术室护理工作的质量和安全,避免手术室感染和其他不良后果的发生。Objective To explore and analyze effect of operating room nursing based on work schedule on nursing of orthopedic patients.Methods The paper chose 106 patients with fractures with orthopedic treatment from June 2021 to May 2022 for study,and divided them into control group and experimental group,with 53 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing from medical staff during treatment,while experimental group with operating room nursing based on work schedule to ensure comprehensiveness of nursing work during nursing process,Final nursing results were evaluated.Results Pain score in the experimental group,lower,comparative significance(P<0.05),after treatment,the experimental group mood state score lower than the control group,comparative significance(P<0.05),the complication rate is lower than the control group,statistical significance(P<0.05),the experimental group rehabilitation time is shorter than the control group,statistical significance(P<0.05),the experimental group rehabilitation index is higher than the control group,meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion The operating room nursing procedure table can be used as the education and training materials and management means of orthopedic surgical nursing,to help new nurses adapt to the work more quickly and improve the overall level of orthopedic surgical nursing.The operating room nursing work procedure schedule can ensure the quality and safety of the operating room nursing work and avoid the occurrence of operating room infections and other adverse consequences.
