摘　　要：目的 观察针刺配合石墨烯养护鼻罩治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 将94例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组47例。对照组给予石墨烯养护鼻罩治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后各项血液指标[单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,MCP-1)、环磷酸腺苷(cyclic adenosine monophosphate,cAMP)、特应性免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulin E,IgE)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(soluble interleukin-2 receptor,SIL-2R)、白细胞介素-5(interleukin-5,IL-5)、环磷酸鸟苷(cyclic guanosine monophosphate,cGMP)、干扰素-γ(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、let-7e、水通道蛋白1(aquaporin 1,AQP1)和外周血辅助性T细胞1(helper T cell 1,Th1)/辅助性T细胞2(helper T cell 2,Th2)]及鼻腔分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophils,EOS)水平的变化情况,记录治疗前后需氧菌/真菌情况、1年内发作次数及过敏性鼻炎鼻症状总分量表(total nasal symptoms score,TNSS)、伴随症状总分量表(total non-nasal symptom score,TNNSS)、鼻结膜炎生存质量量表(rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire,RQLQ)评分,比较两组临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后MCP-1、IgE、SIL-2R、IL-5、cGMP、AQP1、EOS水平及1年内发作次数、各项评分(TNSS、TNNSS、RQLQ评分)均较同组治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),cAMP、IFN-γ、let-7e、Th1/Th2水平均显著上升(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后各项血液指标、EOS水平、1年内发作次数及各项评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后总有效率为97.9%,明显高于对照组的87.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针刺配合石墨烯养护鼻罩治疗变应性鼻炎疗效确切,可调节患者免疫状态,抑制机体炎症,提高let-7e和cAMP含量,降低鼻腔分泌物EOS比例,可缓解临床症状,减少鼻炎发作次数,且对鼻腔菌群无明显影响。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with graphene curing nasal mask in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method A total of 94 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with graphene curing nasal mask,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture in addition to the treatment used in the control group.Before and after treatment,the blood indexes [monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP),atopic immunoglobulin E(IgE),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R),interleukin-5(IL-5),cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),let-7e,aquaporin 1(AQP1) and helper T cell 1(Th1)/helper T cell 2(Th2) in peripheral blood] and nasal secretion eosinophils(EOS) levelswere observed,the aerobic bacteria/fungi status,the number of attacks within 1 year,the total nasal symptoms score(TNSS),the total non-nasal symptom score(TNNSS),and the rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ) score were recorded before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the levels of MCP-1,IgE,SIL-2R,IL-5,cGMP,AQP1,EOS,the number of attacks within 1 year,and the scores(TNSS,TNNSS and RQLQ scores) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in the same group(P<0.05),and cAMP,IFN-γ,let-7e,Th1/Th2 levels were significantly higher than those before treatment in the same group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood indexes,EOS levels,the number of attacks and scores within 1 year in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.9%,which was significantly higher than 87.2% of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with graphene curing nasal mask is effective in the treatment of allergic r
