化脓灸治疗变应性咳嗽的疗效观察及对血清总IgE的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察化脓灸治疗变应性咳嗽的临床疗效及对患者血清总免疫球蛋白E(immunogloublin E,IgE)水平的影响。方法 将80例变应性咳嗽患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予口服富马酸酮替芬片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上另予改良无痛麦粒化脓灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟量表(visual analog scale,VAS)评分、咳嗽症状评分、中医证候积分以及血清总IgE水平的变化。结果两组治疗后VAS评分、咳嗽症状评分、中医证候积分和血清总IgE水平均较同组治疗前降低(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后VAS评分、咳嗽症状评分和血清总IgE水平以及中医证候积分中咳嗽和咽痒评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在口服富马酸酮替芬片治疗基础上,改良无痛麦粒化脓灸治疗变应性咳嗽可提高临床疗效,改善患者的临床症状,降低患者血清总IgE水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of scarring moxibustion for allergic cough and its effect on serum total IgE levels in the patients.Method Eighty patients with allergic cough were randomized to an experimental group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received oral administration of Ketotifen fumarate tablets and the experimental group received modified painless wheat-grain size cone scarring moxibustion.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.The visual analog scale(VAS)score,the cough symptom score,the TCM syndrome score and serum total immunoglobulin E(IgE) level were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Result After treatment,the VAS score,the cough symptom score,the TCM syndrome score and serum total IgE level decreased in the two groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,the cough symptom score,the TCM syndrome score and serum total IgE level were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of oral administration of Ketotifen fumarate tablets,modified painless wheat-grain size cone scarring moxibustion can heighten the clinical effect,relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce serum total IgE level in treating patients with allergic cough.
