摘  要:铁路贯通地线是高速客运专线接地系统的关键技术产品,铜合金护套铁路贯通地线主要使用黄铜带,目前黄铜带可通过半连铸-热轧带坯或水平连铸带坯进行生产。分别对水平连铸与半连铸生产贯通地线用黄铜H65带材进行工艺设计,从化学成分、力学性能、内部组织等方面进行分析,确定适合的生产工艺。Railway through ground wire is the key technical product of high-speed passenger dedicated line grounding system.Brass strip is mainly used for copper alloy sheathed railway through ground wire.At present,brass strip can be produced by semicontinuous casting-hot-rolled strip or horizontal continuous casting strip.In this paper,the process design of brass H65 strip used in horizontal continuous casting and semi-continuous casting for the production of through ground wire was carried out,and the suitable production process was determined from the aspects of chemical composition,mechanical properties and internal structure.
