摘 要:目前我国城镇污水处理仍存在“重水轻泥”问题,为更合理地选择区域污泥处理方式,对鄱阳湖生态经济区污水处理厂污泥中重金属污染状况进行评价.选择区域内11个具代表性的污水处理厂,对其脱水污泥中8种重金属总量及形态进行分析测定,并采用污染负荷指数法、单一污染指数法、综合风险指数法以及风险评价编码法评价重金属的污染程度和风险.研究结果表明鄱阳湖生态经济区内污水处理厂污泥中重金属Cd的污染程度最大,远高于其他重金属,重金属Cu、Hg、Zn、Pb达到重污染程度,Cr达到中度污染程度,Ni和As为轻度污染.鄱阳湖生态经济区污水处理厂污泥中重金属综合污染负荷指数为5.82,达中度污染程度.区域综合风险指数GRI值为148.38,属于低风险,但重金属Zn、Cd以可弱酸提取态为主,RAC结果表明研究区域污泥中的重金属Cd、Zn达到高风险,As为中风险,Cu、Ni、Hg为低风险,Pb、Cr无风险.总体而言,鄱阳湖生态经济区污水处理厂污泥重金属污染程度中等,其中污泥中元素Cd的污染值得关注,以进一步合理选择污泥处理路径和技术路线,对污泥进行无害化处理和资源化利用.Nowadays,there is still the problem of neglecting sludge treatment in urban sewage treatment.In order to choose the regional sludge treatment mode more reasonably,the pollution status of heavy metals in the sewage treatment plant sludge of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone was evaluated.Eleven representative sewage treatment plants in this region were selected,and the total amount and forms of 8 heavy metals in the dewatered sludge were analyzed.The pollution degrees and risks of heavy metals were further evaluated by methods of the pollution load index,single pollution index,comprehensive risk index,and risk assessment coding.The results showed that the pollution degree of Cd in sludge of the sewage treatment plants in the Poyang Lake ecological economic zone was the greatest,which was much higher than that of other heavy metals.The pollution degrees of Cu,Hg,Zn,and Pb were heavy,Cr was moderate,and Ni and As were slight.The comprehensive pollution load index of heavy metals in the sludge was 5.82,reaching the moderate pollution degree.The regional comprehensive risk index GRI was 148.38,which was in low risk.However,Zn and Cd were predominantly present in acid soluble/exchangeable fraction(F1),and RAC results showed that Cd and Zn in the sludge reached a high risk.Heavy metal of As was medium risk,and Cu,Ni and Hg were low risks,and Pb and Cr were risk free.Generally,the pollution of heavy metals in the sludge of the sewage treatment plants in the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone was moderate,but the pollution of Cd in the sludge was worthy of attention.The findings could be employed for reasonable selection of the sludge treatment path and technical route,and then the harmless treatment and resource utilization of the sludge could be carried out in future.
