低压紫外引发制备阳离子模板絮凝剂TPDMC及混凝除浊除菌性能  被引量:1

摘  要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为单体,以聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)为模板剂,通过低压紫外光引发共聚制备了模板絮凝剂TPDMC;进一步对比研究了TPDMC和非模板絮凝剂PDMC混凝处理高岭土、大肠杆菌等悬浊液的效果.结果表明,引入模板剂不仅将产物产率从33.50%提高至72.25%,同时显著提升了絮凝剂混凝除浊、除菌性能.对于高岭土悬浊液,当TPDMC投量为0.5 mg·L^(-1)时,除浊率达到95.89%;PDMC则在0.7 mg·L^(-1)时除浊率最高,为93.65%.对于大肠杆菌悬浊液,当TPDMC和PDMC投量分别为10 mg·L^(-1)和12 mg·L^(-1)时表现出最佳去除效果,絮凝后上清液相对OD600值从0.8700分别降至0.1020和0.1136,且在广谱pH范围内均表现出良好的处理效果.TPDMC净化机理为先絮凝后杀菌,其中,杀菌主要是通过TPDMC的阳离子基团吸附电负性大肠杆菌,破坏菌体细胞从而使其灭活.TPDMC作为一种高效、环保絮凝剂,在工业废水处理和微生物灭活方面具有良好的应用前景.The template coagulant TPDMC was synthesized through a low-pressure UV-induced copolymerization using acrylamide(AM)and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC)as monomers,with sodium polyacrylate(PAAS)as the template agent.Furthermore,the performance of TPDMC and the non-template coagulant PDMC in coagulating suspensions such as kaolin and Escherichia coli was compared.Results showed that the introduction of the template agent not only increased the product yield from 33.50%to 72.25%but also significantly enhanced the coagulant's turbidity and E.coli removal properties.For kaolin suspension,the optimal dosage of TPDMC and PDMC was 0.5 mg·L^(-1) and 0.7 mg·L^(-1),with the turbidity removal efficiencies of 95.89%and 93.65%,respectively.As for the E.coli suspension,the optimal removal performance was observed at TPDMC and PDMC dosages of 10 mg·L^(-1) and 12 mg·L^(-1),and the relative OD600 values of the supernatant decreased from 0.8700 to 0.1020 and 0.1136,respectively.TPDMC and PDMC showed excellent treatment effects within a broad pH range.The purification mechanism of TPDMC involved coagulation followed by sterilization,where the sterilization primarily occurred through the adsorption of the cationic groups of TPDMC onto the negatively charged E.coli,destroying the cell and leading to its inactivation.TPDMC,as an efficient and environmentally friendly coagulant,holds great prospects for applications in industrial wastewater treatment and microbial inactivation.
