老城区社区文化设施现状评估与规划优化策略研究——以福州鼓楼区社区文化站为例

摘　　要：社区文化设施是我国基层文化设施的重要组成部分。随着社会和经济的发展,居民对社区文化设施的要求也逐步转向高质量。传统社区文化设施,尤其是老城区文化服务供给,常常呈现出一定的滞后性。为此,以福州市鼓楼区为例,分析探讨社区文化站现状情况,包括位置、规模、运营等内容,解析老城区社区文化服务设施在设置及运营所遇到的问题,提出相对应的解决优化思路。Community cultural facilities are an important part of grassroots cultural facilities in China.With the development of society and economy,residents are gradually shifting to high-quality community cultural needs.Traditional community cultural facilities,especially those providing cultural services in old towns,is backward to some extent.To address this,Gulou District of Fuzhou City was taken as an example.The current situation of the community cultural station in the district,including location,scale,operation,etc.was analyzed.Problems in the setting and operation of community cultural service facilities in old towns were analyzed.Corresponding solutions and optimization ideas were put forward.
