大高差坡地项目建筑设计的探索与实践——以龙岩云著天境建筑设计为例

摘　　要：随着中国城市化进程的加快,城市内部可建设用地日益紧缺,城市周围以及城市中大高差坡地的开发利用,成为解决城市用地紧缺的有效手段之一。传统的开发建设中,更多参照周边道路标高,采用简单粗暴的三通一平的做法,将造成人力、物力的浪费,城市规划同质化严重,缺乏区域特色。项目在规划设计中,思考了空间和资源的充分利用,运用合理总体规划、竖向设计、坡地景观、流线设计等手法,结合场地特点,打造出具有差异化特色、契合坡地特质的舒适“山居”社区。With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,the urban built-up land is increasingly scarce.The development and utilization of the slope land around the city and in the city has become one of the effective means to solve the urban land shortage.In traditional development and construction,more reference to the surrounding road elevation,the use of a simple and crude approach,resulting in a waste of human and material resources,urban planning,serious homogeneity,lack of regional characteristics.In the planning and design of the project,the full utilization of space and resources was considered,and the methods of rational overall planning,vertical design,slope landscape and streamline design were used to combine the site characteristics,build this has the difference characteristic,conforms to the slope land characteristic the comfortable“Mountain dwelling”community.
