基于“单套制”的工程原生电子档案接收与馆藏管理

摘　　要：为进一步推广工程项目电子档案的应用,对“单套制”工程原生电子档案接收和馆藏管理环节进行分析探讨。首先对“单套制”电子档案的概念进行分析,在分析“单套制”电子档案的特点和应用现状的基础上,探讨目前推广过程中存在的问题。最后,在档案接收和馆藏管理方面,对电子档案管理的技术要点进行梳理和讨论。实践表明,工程原生电子档案由于其电子媒介的性质,具有绿色节能、信息共享便捷和数据安全可靠等优势。To further promote the application of electronic archives in engineering projects,an analysis and discussion are conducted on the reception and collection management of native electronic archives in the"single-set system"engineering project.Firstly,analyze the concept of"single-set system"electronic archives,and based on the analysis of the characteristics and application status of"single-set system"electronic archives,explore the problems that exist in the current promotion process.Finally,in terms of archive reception and collection management,summarize and discuss the technical points of electronic archive management.Practice has shown that engineering native electronic archives,due to their electronic media nature,have advantages such as green energy conservation,convenient information sharing,and reliable data security.
