摘  要:用玻璃纤维滤纸采集工作场所空气中的草铵膦,经Metrosep A Supp 5-150型阴离子色谱柱分离,以1.92 mmol/L碳酸钠-0.60 mmol/L碳酸氢钠混合溶液为流动相,用离子色谱法测定。该方法在0 mg/L~1.04 mg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.012 mg/L,按采集30 L空气计算,最低检出值为0.004 mg/m3。空白玻璃纤维滤纸的加标回收率为93.7%~102%,标准溶液6次测定结果的RSD为0.8%~4.3%。Glufosinate in the air of workplace was collected by glass fiber filter paper,separated by Metrosep A Supp 5-150 anion chromatographic column and determined by ion chromatography,with 1.92 mmol/L sodium carbonate-0.60 mmol/L sodium bicarbonate mixed solution as mobile phase.The method had a good linearity in the range of 0 mg/L~1.04 mg/L.The method detection limit was 0.012 mg/L.The minimum detectable limit was 0.004 mg/m3 when the collection volume was 30 L.The recoveries of spiked blank samples in glass fiber filter paper were from 93.7%to 102%,and the RSDs of six measurements of the standard solutions were from 0.8%to 4.3%.
