摘　　要：异形件几何尺寸测量和缺陷检测在许多领域中都具有重要意义。由于异形件的形状复杂,传统的测量和检测方法往往难以满足精确度与效率的要求。而基于图像处理技术的方法可以通过对异形件的图像进行处理和分析,实现准确的尺寸测量和缺陷检测。文章将从图像处理技术概述、异形件几何尺寸测量方法、异形件缺陷检测技术等方面综述基于图像处理技术的异形件几何尺寸测量及缺陷检测的相关内容。Geometric dimension measurement and defect detection of irregular parts are of great significance in many fields.Due to the complex shape of irregular parts,traditional measurement and detection methods often find it difficult to meet the requirements of accuracy and efficiency.The method based on image processing technology can achieve accurate size measurement and defect detection by processing and analyzing the images of irregular parts.This article will summarize the relevant content of geometric size measurement and defect detection of irregular parts based on image processing technology from the aspects of overview of image processing technology,geometric size measurement methods of irregular parts,and defect detection technology of irregular parts.
