摘　　要：数据是推动信息化、数字化、智能化的核心要素,真正的价值是在流通与交换过程中产生的。当前各部门拥有大量不同类型、标准不统一、存储分散的数据,导致数据的开放共享水平较低。为打破数据壁垒、消除数据孤岛,文章提出按照集中汇聚、统一目录、按需申请的原则,基于数据资源安全共享系统关键技术,实现“事前、事中、事后”可追踪式的数据共享,全面保障共享数据的鲜活性、时效性和安全性,促进数据资产变现,为业务应用赋能。Data is the core element to promote information,digitization and intelligence,and the real value is generated in the process of circulation and exchange.At present,various departments have a huge amount of data,complex data types,inconsistent data standards,and scattered data storage,leading to a low level of open sharing.In order to break data barriers and eliminate data silos,in accordance with the principles of centralized aggregation,unified catalog and on-demand application,this paper proposes the key technologies of data resource security sharing system,which can realize the trackable data sharing of"before,during and after",comprehensively guarantee the fresh activity,timeliness and security of shared data,promote the realization of data assets,and enable business applications.
