摘　　要：基于玻璃成型与玻璃性质的关系,通过研究制瓶机的气动机构,阐述了行列机成型的操作与调整的要领,行列机热端成型主要是成型的稳定,为正确检查和识别玻璃瓶缺陷,行列机成型要设立专门的工艺管理人员,负责全部成型工艺的规范操作以及设备的正常运转等工作,以保障生产安全,提高产品质量。Based on the relationship between glass forming and glass properties,the key points of operation and adjustment of individual section machine are expounded by studying the pneumatic mechanism of bottle making machine.The hot end molding of individual section machine is mainly the stability of the forming.In order to exactly check and identify the defects of container glass,special process management personnels must be on the forming point of the individual section machine.These personnels are responsible for the normal running and the standard operation of all the equipment so as to ensure production safety and improve product quality.
