摘 要:本文首先介绍了当下各车企研发阶段所面临的降本提效的挑战以及3D打印技术的发展为汽车研发降本提效带来的机遇。其次对汽车研发试制和汽车领域常用的四种3D打印技术进行的展开介绍。并结合实际经验,对四种3D打印技术在汽车研发试制阶段的不同适用场景进行了总结。最后,对3D打印未来在样车及样件试制领域中大尺寸、材料多元化、规模集约化、低成本化和多工艺融合五个方向的发展趋势进行了归纳。firstly,the challenges faced by the automotive companies in the research and development stage,which are cost reduction and efficiency improvement are introduced.In the meanwhile,the development of 3D printing technology has brought the opportunities to realize it.Secondly,what is vehicle trial producing and what are the four common used 3D printing echnologies are explained.Based on practical experience,the different application scenarios of 3D printing technologies in the automotive R&D trial production stage were summarized.Finally,the development trends of 3D printing in the fields of prototype parts and prototype vehicles were summarized,which are:large-size,material diversification,scale intensification,low-cost,and multi process integration.
