摘 要:本研究以汽车电器系统为对象,分析其常见故障现象与产生原因。在分析过程中,采用多种诊断策略及方法对故障现象进行准确判断。本文旨在提高汽车电器系统的维修质量,缩短故障处理周期。本文首先介绍汽车电器系统及常见故障;然后介绍了故障诊断策略,重点关注故障诊断用设备与技术手段的使用方法,包括设备类型及其工作原理等内容;同时也介绍了故障维修方法的实施步骤和注意事项。本文阐述了汽车电器系统故障诊断技术在实际运用过程中所产生的实际价值,并对智能化和云计算等前沿技术的应用作出了展望。In this study,the common fault phenomena and causes of automotive electrical systems were analyzed.In the analysis process,a variety of diagnostic strategies and methods are used to accurately judge the fault phenomenon.This article aims to improve the maintenance quality of automotive electrical systems and shorten the fault handling cycle.This article first introduces automotive electrical systems and common faults;Then,the fault diagnosis strategy is introduced,focusing on the use of equipment and technical means for fault diagnosis,including the type of equipment and its working principle.It also introduces the implementation steps and precautions of the fault repair method.This paper expounds the actual value of automotive electrical system fault diagnosis technology in the actual application process,and looks forward to the application of cutting-edge technologies such as intelligence and cloud computing.
