浅谈车辆轮胎痕迹在交通事故痕迹物证鉴定中的应用

摘　　要：车祸猛如虎,道路交通事故的高发态势已然对人民群众的生命、财产安全造成严重的威胁,甚至影响到社会的和谐稳定。近年来,一些重大、特大、疑难等复杂道路交通事故的发生,更是给公安机关责任认定工作带来了挑战,因此交通事故痕迹物证司法鉴定就显得尤为重要,它不仅给公安机关责任划分提供重要参考证据,它的鉴定意见同时也可作为民事诉讼的重要证据。车辆轮胎痕迹作为一种重要的物证,在相关的鉴定案例中为鉴定人员提供分析问题、解决问题的线索支持。笔者将依据多年来关于车辆轮胎痕迹的道路交通事故痕迹物证司法鉴定有关经验和案例分析,结合相应的鉴定方法,浅谈车辆轮胎痕迹在交通事故痕迹物证鉴定中的应用。The high incidence of road traffic accidents has posed a serious threat to people's lives and property safety,and even affected social harmony and stability.In recent years,the occurrence of some serious,serious,difficult and complicated road traffic accidents has brought challenges to the Public Security Bureau responsibility identification.Therefore,the forensic identification of traffic accident traces is particularly important,it not only provides important reference evidence for the division of Public Security Bureau liability,but also serves as important evidence in civil litigation.As an important material evidence,vehicle tire marks can provide clue support for experts to analyze and solve problems in relevant identification cases.The author will base on the experience and case analysis of the forensic identification of vehicle tire marks and the relevant identification methods,a brief talk on the application of vehicle tire marks in the identification of traffic accident marks.
