摘  要:某乘用车全景天窗总成漏水问题影响车间检测线合格率,返修成本高,极大影响了客户的满意度,本文章通过研究全景天窗从前顶灯处漏水的产生机理,并通过应用六西格玛设计(DFSS)系统工具,针对全景天窗挡风网的结构提出优化解决方案,降低了挡风网异常折叠而导致的漏水故障率,验证结果说明解决方案可靠有效,研究结果对全景天窗总成的设计开发具有理论指导作用。The water leakage problem of a passenger car panoramic sunroof assembly aff ects the qualifi cation rate of the workshop inspection line,and the high repair cost greatly aff ects customer satisfaction.This paper studies the mechanism of water leakage of panoramic sunroof from the headlamp,and proposes an optimized solution for the structure of the panoramic sunroof wind shield by applying Six Sigma Design(DFSS)system tools,which reduces the water leakage failure rate caused by abnormal folding of the wind shield.The verifi cation results show that the solution is reliable and eff ective.The research results have a theoretical guiding eff ect on the design and development of panoramic sunroof assembly.
