摘 要:该文在抽吸柜滑移窗上设计了一种嵌入式移动风幕机,以减小实验室废液抽吸过程中废液挥发产生的有害气体外泄对环境和工作人员造成的危害。该风幕机嵌入安装于滑移窗底部,可跟随滑移窗上下移动,产生可变量风幕。该文阐述了滑移窗嵌入式移动风幕机的工作原理,利用Fluent模拟仿真分析了多种工况下气流形成风幕的过程,并通过样机试制和试验验证了移动风幕屏障的可靠性和均匀性。移动风幕机能够有效阻隔抽吸柜内外的空气流动,防止有害气体外泄,确保废液抽吸全过程安全环保。In this paper,an embedded mobile air curtain machine is designed on the sliding window of the suction cabinet to reduce the harm to the environment and workers caused by the leakage of harmful gases produced by the volatilization of waste liquid during the suction process of laboratory waste liquid.The air curtain machine is embedded and installed at the bottom of the sliding window,which can move up and down with the sliding window to generate a variable air curtain.In this paper,the working principle of the sliding window embedded mobile air curtain machine is described.The process of air curtain formation under various working conditions is analyzed by Fluent simulation.The reliability and uniformity of the mobile air curtain barrier are verified by prototype trial and test.The movable air curtain machine can effectively block the air flow inside and outside the suction cabinet,prevent the leakage of harmful gases,and ensure the safety and environmental protection of the whole process of waste liquid suction.
