摘 要:探讨了在典型盖板硅酸盐玻璃组分中改变网络形成体的平均键能强度对化学强化后该玻璃的应力特性、抗弯性能和抗冲击性能的影响规律,并分析其影响机理。结果表明,随着Al_(2)O_(3)和/或ZrO_(2)取代SiO_(2)的量的适量增加,玻璃网络形成体的平均键能强度减小,玻璃结构中Na^(+)和K^(+)的迁移更容易,相同化学强化工艺条件下,化学强化后玻璃的离子交换深度增加,表面层压应力下降;然而,化学强化后玻璃内部产生的压应力合力随网络形成体的平均键能强度的减小呈现逐渐增大的趋势,其抗弯性能和抗冲击性能也增强。The effects of the average bond strength of the network formers,varying through the replace of SiO_(2)by Al_(2)O_(3)and/or ZrO_(2),in a typical cover silicate glass on the stress,bending resistance and impact resistance of the glass after chemical strengthening were discussed,and the influence mechanism was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)and/or ZrO_(2),the average bond strength of the glass network formers decreases,and the migration of Na^(+)and K^(+)in the glass structure is easier.Therefore,under the same chemical strengthening process,the ion exchange depth of the glass increases,and the surface compressive stress decreases.However,the resultant compressive force generated inside the glass after chemical strengthening increases with the decrease of the average bond strength of the network formers,resulting in the enhanced bending resistance and impact resistance.The results of this paper are of great significance to adjust the mechanical properties of chemically strengthened glass by tune the average bond strength of network formers in the batches.
