可伸缩托盘的设计与研究

摘　　要：提出带板运输在使用过程中广泛存在托盘匹配性不足、空返率高等问题,于是提出设计一款可伸缩托盘,通过灵活调节托盘尺寸解决以上问题。在对可伸缩托盘的尺寸、结构和需求进行分析后,从功能、结构、使用说明等方面对托盘进行设计。通过分析可伸缩托盘与货物及运输车辆车厢的适配性分析,证实了其与货物及运输车辆车厢具有高度的匹配性。In this paper,we introduced the current situation of palletized transport and the main issues in its practice,such as low cargo-pallet matching degree and high empty back haul rate.To deal with these issues,we proposed a type of retractable pallet which could be flexibly adjusted to fit the size of the cargo.After analyzing the size,structure and requirements of the retractable pallet,we designed the pallet from the angle of function,structure and usage instruction.Then we aalyzed and demonstrated the high adaptability of the retractable pallet to the cargo and the truck compartment.
