摘　　要：慢性传输型便秘(STC)是由于肠道蠕动减慢、粪便传输迟缓所致的便秘,主要表现为排便困难、排便次数减少、排便不尽感,同时伴有腹胀、腹痛等症状,是一种较为普遍的便秘类型,其发病机制尚未被完全阐述。Cajal间质细胞(ICC)作为消化道传导慢波信号的基础,与STC密切相关,是近年来研究的热点。ICC的数量、分布、功能、结构的改变均会影响胃肠道运动,其中ICC的减少是引起STC发病的主要原因。中医药通过辨证论治干预与ICC增殖有关的信号通路,调节ICC数目,调控自噬,抗凋亡,促进胃肠道蠕动,缓解便秘症状。文章对实验研究的信号通路与单味中药、中药复方及针灸推拿方面的治疗机制进行综述,以望为临床治疗STC提供思路。Slow transit constipation(STC)is constipation caused by slow intestinal peristalsis and slow fecal transmission,mainly manifested as difficult defecation,reduced defecation times,endless defecation feeling,accompanied by abdominal distension,abdominal pain and other symptoms.It is a relatively common type of constipation,and its pathogenesis has not been fully explained.As the basis of the gastrointestinal tract conduction slow wave signal,Cajal interstitial cell(ICC)is closely related to STC,which is a focus of research in recent years.Changes in the number,distribution,function,and structure of ICC will all affect gastrointestinal motility,among which the reduction of ICC is the main cause of STC pathogenesis.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)intervenes the signaling pathways related to ICC proliferation through syndrome differentiation,regulates ICC number,regulates autophagy,is anti-apoptosis,promotes gastrointestinal peristalsis,and alleviates constipation symptoms.This paper summarizes the experimental signal pathways and single TCM,TCM compound and acupuncture and massage,in order to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of slow transmission constipation.
