摘  要:针对灵活性运行方式下发电机转子故障日趋增多的问题,以某台148.5 MVA汽轮发电机为例,介绍了启机过程中出现的轴振爬升情况,轴振与有功功率的相关性明显强于无功功率和励磁电流,重复脉冲法试验结果显示转子匝间绝缘性能存在下降趋势。转子返厂解体后,发现护环内阻尼绕组存在明显的烧损现象。该案例是典型的转子阻尼绕组烧损故障案例,采用的检测判断方法和故障处理经验对相关人员具有一定的借鉴作用。Nowadays commonly adopted flexible operating conditions cause increasing occurrence of generator rotor faults.This paper focuses on a rotor damper winding burning fault encountered by an actual 148.5 MVA generator.It reports and describes:the increase of shaft vibration during generator start-up process,the correlation between shaft vibration and active power significantly stronger than that between reactive power and excitation current,and the deterioration trend of rotor inter-turn insulation determined by means of repetitive surge ociloscope(RSO),as well as the observation of obvious burning marks on damper winding in retaining ring by returning disassembly of the rotor.The reported case is a typical damper winding burning fault,of which the adopted detection method and treatment experience may be useful for coping with similar events.
