摘　　要：数字经济快速发展引发了就业深刻变革,社会对经济与贸易人才需求发生了新变化,迫切需要具有数字素养和基本数字技能的“大数据+信息技术+贸易”中高端复合型贸易人才。我国经济与贸易类专业复合型人才培养模式呈现多样化,部分高校复合型人才培养形成自身特色。数字经济时代经济与贸易类专业复合型人才培养,需要以“数字技术+贸易实务”为核心进行跨专业融合,构建“面向全流程、学科交叉融合、多元主体协同”的复合型贸易人才培养新模式,以全新理念设计人才培养方案和课程体系,加强数字化复合型师资队伍建设,加快建设多元化网络教学平台。建设培养复合型人才的多元化教学平台。The rapid development of digital economy has triggered profound changes in employment,and new changes have taken place in the market demand for economic and trade talents.There is an urgent need for"mega data+information technology+trade"medium and high-end compound trade talents with digital literacy and basic digital skills.The cultivation mode of composite talents in economic and trade majors in China is diversified,and some universities have formed their own characteristics in cultivating composite talents.In the era of digital economy,the training of compound talents of economy and trade majors needs to carry out interdisciplinary integration with"digital technology+trade practice"as the core,build a new training mode of compound trade talents that is"oriented to the whole process,interdisciplinary integration,and multi-agent collaboration",design talent training schemes and curriculum systems with new ideas,strengthen the construction of digital compound teachers,and accelerate the construction of a diversified online teaching platform.
