摘 要:基于VOF-DEM方法,建立了纤维悬浮液气—液—固三相流动耦合模型,并采用小规模玻璃纤维浆液流动实验对模型进行了实验验证。在此基础上,采用该模型模拟研究了纤维毡材的成形过程,分析了沉降后纤维分布特性。研究结果表明:VOF-DEM方法能够较为准确地追踪纤维悬浮液的三相流动过程;初始空间分布均匀的纤维,由于脱水出口位于设备中部,经沉降后纤维厚度分布从中心向边缘呈逐渐下降的变化趋势,两者的最大差异达1倍以上。Based on VOF-DEM,a gas-liquid-solid three-phase coupling model of fiber suspension was established.The model was successfully verified by the experiment of small-scale glass fiber slurry flow.Then the forming process of fiber mat material was studied numerically using this model,and the distribution behavior of fibers after deposition was analyzed.It is found that the VOF-DEM model is able to more precisely trace the three-phase flow process of fiber suspension;and the thickness distribution of the deposited fibers that are distributed evenly in space initially tends to decrease gradually from centre to edges so that the thickness of fibers in center is more than 2 times as that in edges because the dewatering outlet is located in the middle of the equipment.
