摘　　要：研究了拉挤产品中的缺陷,并对其进行分类,归纳的常见缺陷有纤维外露、制品表面凹痕、纱线浸透不良、表面起皮或白粉、分型线缺陷以及性能缺陷。从玻纤、填料、模具及界面结合等方面分析了缺陷产生的原因及其对性能的影响,提出了改进措施。拉挤成型工艺因其生产效率高、环境污染小、性能可靠而得到广泛应用。The definition and classification of defects in pultruded products,including fiber exposure,dents in surface,poor impregnation,rough surface,parting line defects and low strength,are described.The causes of defects are analyzed from aspects of fiber,filler,mold,interface bonding,etc,and measures for avoiding the defects are proposed.Pultrusion process is widely used for its high production efficiency,less environmental pollution and dependable performance.
