摘 要:为探究影响规律,分别采用12K和48K碳纤维纱线开展比对试验,通过控制单一变量的方式获取了不同条件下的制样关键因素对浸胶纱拉伸强度影响的测试结果,并借助单因子方差分析法提供了制样优化工艺方案,该研究为稳定制备高品质碳纤维浸胶纱试样提供了重要参考。结果表明:对于碳纤维浸胶纱拉伸测试而言,浸胶纱试样制备过程中的缠绕张力、浸渍树脂黏度、缠绕速度、树脂质量分数和试样固化形态等关键因素会对浸胶纱拉伸强度产生较大影响。In order to investigate these influencing factors,comparative tests were conducted using 12K and 48K carbon fiber yarns.By controlling single variables,test results were obtained regarding the influence of key factors of specimen preparation at different conditions on the tensile strength of impregnated yarns.Additionally,an optimization process was provided by one-way analysis of variance to stabilize the preparation of high-quality carbon fiber impregnated yarn specimens.This study provides important references for such preparation process.The results show that for the tensile test of carbm fiber impregnated yarns,eey farturs such as mindy tensim,resin viscosity,winding speed,resin mass fraction and specimen curing morphdogy during the specimen preparation process howe a sigmficont cmpact on the tensile strength.
