摘  要:针对提花机拉刀在使用过程中出现周期性断裂问题,推测拉刀发生疲劳失效。对拉刀机构进行有限元动力学分析,提取拉刀单周期受载,基于累积损伤理论计算疲劳寿命,验证疲劳失效推测。提出拉刀等面积优化方案,仿真结果表明,经等面积方案优化的拉刀寿命提高一倍,为降低设备维护成本、提高设备运行稳定性和生产效率提供理论指导。Regarding the problem of periodical fracture of jacquard broach during use,it was speculated that the fatigue failure of broach occurred.The broach mechanism was analyzed with finite element dynamics and the single periodic load was derived.Based on the fatigue life calculation with the cumulative damage theory,the speculation of fatigue failure was verified.An equal area optimization method was proposed to optimize the fatigue life of the broach.The result showed that the fatigue life of the broach after equal area optimization was doubled.The method has provided a theoretical guidance for reducing the maintenance cost and improving the operation stability and production efficiency of the equipment.
