摘 要:针对氢燃料高速旋转磁流体发电的氢电转换装置核心旋转部件设计需求,在SolidWorks旋转部件建模基础上,采用Workbench Static Structural对6061铝合金、304不锈钢、AZ3B镁合金以及TC4钛合金四种备选材料在正常工作状态下的最大应变、等效应力以及静强度许用安全系数求解和对比分析。同时,为防止共振现象对整个装置造成损坏,运用Workbench Modal分别对四种材料进行模态分析。研究结果表明:6061铝合金更能满足氢燃料高速旋转磁流体发电装置的性能需求。旋转部件的材料及性能是氢燃料高速旋转磁流体发电装置结构的优化设计、发电效率的重要影响因素。Aiming at the design requirements of the core rotating components of the hydrogen-to-electricity conversion device for the high-speed rotating magneto-hydrogen power generation of hydrogen fuel,based on the modeling of SolidWorks rotating parts,the maximum strain,equivalent stress and allowable safety factor of static strength of 6061 aluminum alloy,304 stainless steel,AZ3B magnesium alloy and TC4 titanium alloy under normal working conditions was solved and compared by Workbench Static Structural.At the same time,in order to prevent the resonance phenomenon from damaging the entire device,analyzed the modal of four materials by Workbench Modal.The results show that 6061 aluminum alloy can better meet the performance requirements of hydrogen fuel high-speed rotating magnetic fluid power generation device.The material and performance of rotating parts are important factors affecting the structural optimization design and power generation efficiency of hydrogen fuel high-speed rotating magnetic fluid power generation device.
