摘 要:季节性冻土区埋地输气管道在断层作用下的安全性受到诸多因素影响,为研究管道内天然气温度、管道埋置深度、管道内压、管道壁厚对埋地输气管道安全性的影响,借助有限元软件ABAQUS建立管土非线性相互接触模型模拟断层错动。分析可得,在研究的数据范围内:埋地输气管道在断层作用下的最大应力出现在断层附近的管道上,虽然断层两侧管道均有应力集中,但是两侧应力集中分布范围与峰值大小并不相同;提高管道内天然气温度可以降低埋地输气管道在断层错动下的应力,降低埋地输气管道破坏的可能性;浅埋管道能够减小断层作用下埋地输气管道应力,降低埋地输气管道被破坏的可能性;埋地输气管道内压越高,管道应力随断层错动增长的越迅速,发生破坏的可能性越大;埋地输气管道壁越厚,管道应力随断层错动增长的越缓慢,发生破坏的可能性越小。The safety of buried gas pipelines in seasonal frozen soil areas under the action of faults is affected by many factors.To investigate the effects of natural gas temperature,pipeline burial depth,internal pressure,and pipe wall thickness on pipeline safety,a nonlinear mutual contact model of pipe and soil is established by means of the finite element software ABAQUS to simulate fault dislocation.The analysis shows that within the scope of the research data range,the maximum stress of the buried gas pipeline under the action of the fault occurs near the fault;although the pipelines on both sides of the fault have stress concentration,the distribution range and peak value of the stress concentration on both sides are different.Increasing the temperature of the natural gas in the pipeline can reduce stress in the buried gas pipeline caused by the fault dislocation and can decrease potential damage to the buried gas pipeline.Shallow burying of pipelines can reduce the stress of buried gas pipeline under the action of the fault,which can reduce the possibility of damage to the buried gas pipeline;higher internal pressures of the buried gas pipeline lead to faster increases in pipeline stress with the fault dislocation,raising potential damage risk;thicker walls of the buried gas pipeline result in slower growth rates for pipeline stress during the fault dislocation with reduced likelihoods for failure.
