摘 要:为了促进大跨径连续刚构箱梁桥在桥梁中的应用及发展,文章以石崆山Ⅱ号右线高架桥在平面曲线段不对称悬浇大跨径连续刚构箱梁的设计及施工为例,分析了曲线不对称悬浇对箱梁、桥墩结构的受力影响,采取调整箱梁设计截面高度及厚度、跨中箱梁底板上方浇筑永久压重素混凝土和顶板上方施工临时压重等对策,并合理安排不对称悬浇梁段的施工及不平衡荷载压重实施流程,解决了桥墩两侧受力不平衡问题,有效地控制了不对称悬浇箱梁和桥墩的内力.To promote the application and development of long span continuous rigid frame box girder bridge in Bridges,this paper takes the design and construction of Shikongshan No.Ⅱright line viaduct bridge in the plane curve section and asymmetric suspension casting as an example and analyzes the influence of curved asymmetric suspension casting on the structural stress of box girder and bridge pier.By adjusting the height and thickness of the designed section of the box girder,pouring permanent pressure weight concrete on the bottom board and pressurizing the temporary weight on the roof of the middle span box girder,and reasonably arrangeing the construction of asymmetric cantilevered beam section and the implementation process of unbalanced load pressure,the problem of force imbalance on both sides of the pier is solved,and the internal forces of the asymmetric cantilevered box girder and pier are effectively controlled.
