摘 要:正交异性钢箱梁具有抗扭刚度大、横向抗弯刚度大、整体性强、工厂化程度高、工期短等优点。同时顶板还可以兼做桥面系梁使用,总用钢量较同跨度钢箱梁少,在各种桥型中得到了广泛的应用。然而正交异性钢箱梁顶板所用钢板较薄,是典型的薄壁结构,在轴向压力较大时容易产生畸变或过大的局部变形,从而导致桥梁垮塌。运用有限元计算软件建立模型对钢箱梁正交异性板加劲肋进行计算分析,发现纵向加劲肋中心间距的变化对顶板跨中处的最大横向应力不产生影响却对第二体系应力影响较大,钢箱梁正交异性板的最大计算应力随着加劲肋间距的增大而增大,但被加劲板的控制应力则随着加劲肋间距的增大而减小。Orthotropic steel box girder has the advantages of large torsional stiffness,large lateral bending stiffness,strong integrity,high degree of industrialization,and short construction period.At the same time,the top plate can also be used as bridge decking,which is less than the same span steel box girder in terms of total steel consumption,and has been widely used in various bridge types.However,the steel plate used for the top plate of orthotropic steel box girder is thinner,which is a typical thin-walled structure,which is prone to distortion or excessive local deformation when the axial pressure is large,resulting in bridge collapse.The finite element calculation software is used to establish a model to calculate and analyze the stiffener of orthotropic plate of steel box girder,it is found that the change of the center spacing of the longitudinal stiffener has no effect on the maximum transverse stress result at the middle of the top plate span,but has a greater impact on the second system stress,the maximum calculated stress of the orthotropic plate of the steel box girder increases with the increase of stiffener spacing,but the control stress of the stiffener plate decreases with the increase of stiffener spacing.
