摘 要:铜陵江北港区铁路专用线项目是国家推动长江经济带发展背景下实施的重点工程,其建设有助于提高沿江港口集疏运能力、完善铁水联运体系,推动区域经济高质量发展。根据铜陵港区总体规划,预测港区货物运量,分别研究了庐铜线庐江南站接轨、张旗杆站接轨及龙桥站接轨三个方案。通过工程经济技术比选,并从运输组织、接轨站改建条件、吸引沿线货源能力、工程投资等方面分析比较,合理确定专用线接轨方案和港区车站平面布置方案。The railway special line project of the north port area of the Yangtze River of Tongling is a key implemented under the background of the national promotion of the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Its construction is conducive to improving the collection and distribution capacity of the port along the river,improving the railway and water transport combined transport system,and promoting the high quality development of the regional economy.According to the general planning of Tongling Port area,this paper predicts the cargo volume of the port area,and studies three schemes of connecting Lujiang South Railway Station,Zhangqigan Railway Station and Longqiao Railway Station of Lutong Line respectively.Through the comparison and selection of engineering economy and technology,and from the aspects of transportation organization,the reconstruction conditions of the connection station,the ability to attract goods along the line,and the project investment,it is reasonable to determine the connection scheme of the special line and the plane layout scheme of the station in the port area.
