摘　　要：乘务计划是轨道交通系统运营的关键点,是建立在列车运行图的基础上所编制的工作计划,是将工作计划分配给司机的工作方法。乘务计划编制的质量直接关系到轨道交通的运营质量。针对北京地铁13号线扩能提升改造后运营人力与运力最优匹配问题,采用乘务计划编制模块化方法,从乘务方式、乘务性质、乘务模式三方面适应线路运营需求,并得出轮乘站设置在龙泽车站可实现13号线跨线运营最优方式,通过对包乘制、轮乘制四班三运转、轮乘制五班三运转、轮乘制综合班制进行分析得出综合班制在人力与运力方面为最优匹配。可适应13号线扩能提升改造后运营最优乘务计划编制方向。The crew plan is the key point of the operation of the rail transit system.It is the work plan prepared based on the train operation diagram and the working method of assigning the work plan to the driver.The quality of the crew plan is directly related to the operation quality of rail transit.For Beijing line 13 capacity upgrade operation manpower and capacity after the optimal matching problem,and the modular plan of modular method,from the crew mode,crew nature,crew mode three aspects to meet the line operation demand,and the ride station set in Longze station can realize line 13 across the optimal way,through the analysis of several crew modes,it is concluded that the comprehensive shift system is the optimal match in terms of manpower and transport capacity,which can adapt to the optimal direction of the crew plan for operation after the expansion and upgrading of Line 13.
