摘　　要：为了满足厂矿企业对货车静态检测和超偏载检测的需求,根据GB/T 15561—2008《静态电子轨道衡》、JJG 781—2019《数字指示轨道衡》和JJG(铁道)129—2004《铁道货车超偏载检测装置》,研制具备超偏载检测功能的双台面数字指示轨道衡。介绍具备超偏载检测功能的双台面数字指示轨道衡工作原理和结构组成,对具备超偏载检测功能的双台面数字指示轨道衡进行静态检测测试和偏载偏重检测测试,并分析检测测试结果。检测测试结果表明,具备超偏载检测功能的双台面数字指示轨道衡静态检测和偏载偏重检测数据均满足设计要求。In order to meet the requirement of static detection and detection for overload and unbalance load of rail wagon,a double-table digital indicating rail-weighbridge with overload and unbalance load detection function is de⁃veloped.According to GB/T 15561—2008 Electronic static rail weighbridge,JJG 781—2019 Digital indicating railweighbridge,and JJG(Railway)129—2004 Detecting device for overload and unbalance load of rail wagons,the double-table digital indicating rail-weighbridge with overload and unbalance load detection function is developed.This paper introduces the working principle and structure of the double-table digital indicating rail-weighbridge with overload and unbalance load detection function.Static weighing testing,unbalance load and overweight detection test⁃ing on the double-table digital indicating rail-weighbridge with overload and unbalance load detection function are carried out,and the testing results are analyzed.The test results show that the static weighing test data and unbalance load and overweight detection test data of the double-table digital indicating rail-weighbridge with overload and un⁃balance load detection function meet the design requirements respectively.
