摘 要:为了研究中低速磁浮列车运用过程中受流器滑板磨耗情况,利用靴轨关系试验台,开展滑板磨耗性能试验。采用仪器观察磨耗性能试验前后滑板试样外观、金相组织。结果表明:磨耗性能试验前滑板试样表面可见Cu颗粒,并有少量Cu富集,一些Cu颗粒中含Pb。在靴轨关系试验台运行速度分别为80 km/h和160 km/h条件下,试验后的滑板试样表面滑痕方向与滑板试样长度方向基本一致。试验台以80 km/h速度运行1×104 km后,滑板试样表面可见Cu颗粒;试验台以160 km/h速度运行1×104 km后,滑板试样表面几乎未见Cu颗粒。试验台以80 km/h或160 km/h运行1×104 km后,滑板试样表面“蚀坑”部位的Cu含量较高。另外,滑板试样表面“亮带”部位较周边区域的Cu含量高,这与载流条件和一定运行速度下滑板试样与接触轨试样摩擦时发生的金属转移有关。In order to study the wear condition of the pad mounted on the current collector during the operation of the medium-speed and low-speed magnetic suspension train,wear performance test of the pad was carried out using the current collecting shoe-rail relation test bench.The appearance and metallographic structure of the pad samples be⁃fore and after the wear performance test are observed by instruments.The results show that there are Cu particles on the surface of the pad sample before wear performance test,and a small amount of Cu is enriched,and some Cu par⁃ticles contain Pb.Under the conditions that running speed of the current collecting shoe-rail relation test bench is 80 km/h and 160 km/h,the direction of slippage marks on the surface of the pad samples is basically the same as the direction of the length of the pad samples.After the test bench runs at a speed of 80 km/h for 1×104 km,Cu particles can be seen on the surface of the pad sample;after the test bench runs at a speed of 160 km/h for 1×104 km,there are almost no Cu particles on the surface of the pad sample.After the test bench runs at a speed of 80 km/h or 160 km/h for 1×104 km,the Cu content in the"pitting"area on the surface of the pad sample is relatively high.In addition,the"bright band"part of the surface of the pad sample has a higher Cu content than the surrounding area,which is re⁃lated to the metal transfer during the friction between the pad sample and the contact rail sample under the current carrying condition and a certain running speed.
