摘 要:考虑车辆固定成本、运输成本、货损成本、制冷成本、碳排放成本,在包含顾客时间窗等各项约束条件下,建立冷链物流路径优化数学模型,用多种群遗传算法求解该模型。通过MATLAB仿真,将运行结果与传统遗传算法进行比较,运行结果验证了多种群遗传算法的优越性。模型分析表明在一定碳税范围内,随着碳税的增加,碳排放量的总体趋势是减少的,说明碳税的制定有利于减少温室气体排放,符合低碳节能理念。Considering vehicle fixed cost,transportation cost,cargo damage cost,refrigeration cost,and carbon emission costs,and under such constraints as customer time window,etc.,we established the mathematical model of cold chain logistics route optimization and used the multi-population genetic algorithm to solve it.Then,by comparing the result of the model with that of the traditional genetic algorithm through MATLAB simulation,we verified the superiority of the multi-population genetic algorithm.The model analysis showed that within a certain extent,with the increase of carbon tax,the carbon emissions generally tended to decrease,indicating that the formulation of carbon tax is conducive to reducing greenhouse gas emissions,thus conforming to the concept of low-carbon energy conservation.
