摘 要:引入收入共享契约和成本分摊契约,探讨软件供应商和汽车制造商合作研发方式,分别构建外包模式、收入共享模式和成本分摊模式,探讨三种模式的技术研发水平和各主体利润值。研究发现:在一定条件下,随着合作研发的程度加深,技术研发水平、汽车制造商利润、软件供应商利润以及供应链利润均有所提高;收入共享系数和成本分摊系数影响着三种模式之间的汽车制造商利润和供应链利润的大小,其中收入共享系数与供应链各主体利润成反比关系,而成本分摊系数与供应链各主体利润成正比关系;成本分摊模式总是最优的,收入共享模式居中,而外包模式较差。In this paper,we introduced the revenue sharing contract and cost sharing contract to discuss the mode of cooperative R&D between a software supplier and an automobile manufacturer,built respectively the outsourcing model,revenue sharing model and cost sharing model,and looked into the technological R&D level and profit of the cooperative entities under the three models.The study found that:under certain conditions,with the deepening of the cooperative R&D,the level of technological R&D,and the profit of the automobile manufacturer,the software supplier,and the supply chain as a whole would all increase;the revenue sharing coefficient and the cost sharing coefficient would affect the profit of the automobile manufacturer and of the supply chain as a whole across the three models,among which the revenue sharing coefficient is inversely proportional to the profit of the entities,while the cost sharing coefficient is directly proportional to the profit of the entities;and finally,the cost sharing model is always the best performing one,followed by the revenue sharing model,and at last by the outsourcing model.
