摘 要:为提升飞行器的抗激光损伤性能,本试验开展基于相变原理的智能化高能激光防护材料研发。基于Sm对1050~1150 nm波段红外光的吸收,利用沉淀法制备了SmPO_(4)⋅nH_(2)O水磷钐石,重点研究了SmPO_(4)⋅nH_(2)O及其热相变产物在1064 nm波长的激光隐身与防护特性。结果表明,水热合成14 d制备的SmPO_(4)⋅nH_(2)O具有较好的激光隐身性能,其在约1080 nm波段的反射率为43.8%;1~7 d合成SmPO_(4)⋅nH_(2)O的晶粒团聚严重,影响细小晶粒吸收截面比。SmPO_(4)·0.667H_(2)O具有良好的脱水吸附可逆性和结构稳定性,其在250℃左右完全脱水,842℃左右转变为热障涂层用的SmPO_(4)独居石;SmPO_(4)独居石在1064 nm处的反射率为70.9%,表明SmPO_(4)⋅nH_(2)O可通过晶型转变实现材料反射率的转化,是一种可代替VO_(2)的新型智能化激光隐身与热防护材料。In order to improve the anti-laser damage performance of aircraft,an intelligent high-energy laser protective material based on the principle of phase transformation was developed.Based on the absorption of infrared light from 1050 nm to 1150 nm by Sm,the SmPO_(4)⋅nH_(2)O rhabdophane powders were prepared by using chemical precipitation.The laser stealth and protective properties of SmPO_(4)⋅nH_(2)O and its thermal phase transformation at 1064 nm were studied.The results showed that SmPO_(4)⋅nH_(2)O prepared by the hydrothermal synthesis at 14 d had a good laser stealth performance,and its reflecture at about 1080 nm was 43.8%.For SmPO_(4)⋅nH_(2)O prepared at 1~7 d,the tiny grain absorption cross section ratio had been evidenced as serious grain agglomeration phenomenon.SmPO_(4)·0.667H_(2)O had a good reversibility of dehydration-adsorption and structural stability,which could be completely dehydrated at approximate 250℃then transformed into SmPO_(4) monazite(thermal barrier coating materials)at approximate 842℃.In addition,the reflectance of SmPO_(4) monazite powder at 1064 nm reached 70.9%,which indicated that SmPO_(4) could realize the reflectance transformation through crystal transformation.The SmPO_(4)⋅nH_(2)O rhabdophane could be proposed as a new intelligent laser stealth and thermal protection material for the substitute of VO_(2).
