摘  要:焊接变形是影响筒体生产制造质量和制造成品率的主要问题。文中分析了筒体焊接变形原因和焊接变形控制措施的局限性,提供了一种能够控制筒体焊接变形的设计结构优化方法,优化了控制筒体焊接变形的焊接工艺,保证了产品的焊接质量和机械加工质量,提升了产品的制造成品率,为同类产品或类似产品焊接变形问题的解决,提供了一种优化方法和参考。Welding deformation is a major issue that affects the production and manufacturing quality and manufacturing yield of cylinder bodies.This article analyzes the reasons for welding deformation of cylinder bodies and the limitations of welding deformation control measures.It provides a design structure optimization method that can control welding deformation of cylinder bodies,optimizes the welding process that controls welding deformation of cylinder bodies,ensures the welding and machining quality of products,and improves the manufacturing yield of products.This provides a solution and practical reference for the welding deformation problem of similar products or similar products.
