摘　　要：随着都市化进程的日益推进,都市问题越来越引发学界重视。都市文化研究在征用多学科理论资源的过程中,集中采用了有关社会(再)生产、空间、权力、媒介和日常生活的理论观点,致力于研究有关都市主义、都市空间、都市生活、都市表征和都市未来等领域的学术议题,探索人类社会发展阶段中都市所形成的复杂现象与共同问题,以把握社会结构与思想观念、日常生活实践和艺术表征之间的制约关系。本文指出,由于该领域借助的理论资源均侧重于审视都市文化的生产机制,在突出权力运作和社会建构的同时,难免弱化都市文化形态的其他功能,忽略欧美之外的地区在都市进程中经历的差异化文化传统和文化表征。由此,学界应充分注意到都市文化问题在跨地域和跨文化范围内的差异性体现和感知。With the increasing urbanization,the urban problem has aroused more and more critical attention from the academia.Urban cultural studies,in the process of borrowing from the theoretical resources of many disciplines,adopts,in particular,the theoretical perspectives of social(re)production,space,power,media and everyday life.It aims to explore the complicated phenomena and common problems of the urban in the social development,including urbanism,urban space,urban life,urban representation and urban future.In doing so,it is able to shed light on the determining relations between social structures on the one hand,and consciousness and ideology,daily practices and artistic representations on the other.Since urban cultural studies mainly relies on the theories concerning the production mechanism of urban culture,it may emphasize the power relations and social construction of urban culture while weaken the other functions of urban cultural forms and neglect the different cultural traditions and cultural representations that non-Euro American regions have experienced in the process of urbanization.Based on these observations,it is argued that the different cross-regional and cross-cultural manifestations and perceptions should be particularly noticed in dealing with the urban cultural problem.
