摘　　要：新中国成立初期实行的职工疗休养制度,是中国共产党为工人阶级谋取的劳动福利,属于职工劳动保险事业的重要组成部分。疗休养制度不仅在中国历史上首次赋予职工休养的权利,有益职工的身心健康,而且拉近了党与广大职工的阶级感情。新中国成立初期的职工疗休养制度,既促进了职工对新政权的认同,又为新中国疗休养事业发展奠定了坚实的基础,是新中国成立初期中国共产党全国执政取得的一项重要成就。As an important part of the labor insurance for workers in the PRC,the rehabilitation and recuperation system for workers was established by the CPC and widely implemented in China since 1950s.The establishment of the rehabilitation and recuperation of workers not only gave the worker class the right to rest for the first time,improved their metal and physical health,made the sweet relationship between the CPC and the broad worker class more closely,played an unignorable positive role on the workers identity to the new regime,but also laid a solid foundation for the development of the rehabilitation and recuperation system of the PRC.
