摘  要:以国内某量产车型为研究对象,怠速时车内存在严重“嗡嗡”声,通过对液压助力转向系统噪声产生机理分析,并通过对测试数据进行分析,确定该声音为转向系统噪声大引起,在振动噪声传递路径上采取优化措施,增加降噪管及采用两级减振机构,最终,有效解决该量产车型转向系统噪声问题。Taking a domestic mass-produced model as the research object,there is a serious"humming"sound in the car while idling.Through the analysis of the noise generation mechanism of the hydraulic power steering system and the analysis of the test data,it is determined that the sound is caused by the large noise of the steering system,taking optimization measures on the transmission path of vibration and noise,adding noise reduction pipes and adopting a two-stage vibration reduction mechanism.Finally,effectively solving the noise problem of the steering system of this mass-produced model.
